Lee has been an exceptional mentor to me. His kindness, willingness to share his own experiences and wisdom while listening closely, are all qualities that I’ve learned from.

Beyond that, he kept a positive attitude and encouragement while being realistic on the possible outcomes. His constant support has been invaluable.

I helped start an Artificial Intelligence and Law Research nonprofit in Taipei, Taiwan. Networking and meeting as many people as possible. Because of the mentorship, it really inspired me to take on the opportunity… I end[ed] up hosting the conference where we had 300 or 400 attendees and 32 speakers.

I’ve always wanted a mentor growing up and I never had one... When I came in touch with The Mentoring Club, it was just a vast variety of knowledge bases and expertise in all types of different fields. As I spoke with everyone who was a part of The Mentoring Club, they gave me a new perspective on their own life… It was very easy for me to just say, “sign me up”.

With their help and guidance, we pivoted our businesses and successfully closed our first official big pitch with a former President of a conglomerate here in the Philippines. Tracy has been the wise and calm voice in my career transformation since March, 2023. I deeply appreciate her professional and personable approach to guide me through a career in Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow. She provided me with clear and actionable advice related to finding a job in the industry. I received useful interview tips and successfully landed my current position as a project manager. I also value Tracy's opinions about relationship management, which is particularly important when you start a new job. I owe much of my career progress to Tracy. Since I started working with Hong, I obtained an internship at a startup. Two months later, was offered a full-time position. Six months after that, was promoted to be Manufacturing Manager. It’s just been all go since then.

I really wanted to find an outside mentor to help me... but searching “in the wild” for one was a daunting challenge. Liesel introduced me to The Mentoring Club… the concept of immediately connecting to available mentors appealed to my needs greatly.

I signed up for mentoring in Feb 2020 to work on “what next” with Renee Tonioni… I chose Renee for her HR business technical savvy and how to deal with corporate politics. I am currently working on a self-branding exercise... I highly value The Mentoring Club as a mentee.

I knew that I didn't want to fail. I knew that I wanted success. I knew that I needed my trajectory to be upwards and it need(ed) to be definite... I found The Mentoring Club to really help me find the direction that I wanted...

The Mentoring Club platform connected me to mentors who gave me excellent advice and feedback on starting my marketing consulting practice. Now almost nine months later, my practice is beginning to take shape. I have clients and am working on building a business.
